3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can track your order on our website or through the courier partner’s website.

4. Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • High demand or seasonal rush (festivals, sales, holidays).

  • Unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays.

  • Customs clearance for international orders.

5. Incorrect Address

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will assist in contacting the courier to resolve the issue.
